Context
Finance operations required streamlined invoice processing with high accuracy. Manual AP processes were time-consuming, error-prone, and created bottlenecks in the invoice-to-pay cycle.
Approach
Oversaw solution architecture across Azure Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer), Azure Business Rules Engine, and Azure Logic Apps. Implemented full automation of invoice lifecycle: document ingestion, OCR-based data extraction, field validation, GL coding, and multi-tier approval workflows.
